Summary
A Missions Serving Alliance extending the worship of God by serving the senders and the sent, mobilizing workers with the Word, and advancing the Gospel to the unreached and unengaged.
We mobilize the church to send workers with the Word through short-term missions with a strategy and long-term missions for a legacy.
The mission of the Gospel is more than a lifestyle, more than mercy and justice, and more than sharing. We are committed to the Biblical Mandate of Gospel Proclamation. Sustaining the advance of the Gospel requires making disciples, planting local churches, and training leaders to proclaim the Word of God with accuracy and authority.
We are looking for churches and missionaries who want to go the least reached places in the world! These are the hard to get to places. These are the lonely places. These are the neediest places. These are the dangerous places. These are the dark places. These are the closed places. But there are no closed places to God!

Purpose
Missio is the Latin form of the English word "mission" and means "a sending or being sent."
Our vision is to serve "the sending" or "those being sent." Sending is the work of the Holy Spirit through the local church (Acts 13:1-4). We serve with the local church in sending and partner with those sent by the local church.
Our ambition is to follow the way of Jesus. He was the Lord while washing His disciples' feet and laying down His life for His friends. The missionary call is to inspire with service, empower disciples with their leadership, and lay down their lives for the Kingdom of Jesus Christ.
Mission statement
Statement of faith
WE BELIEVE ...
THE BIBLE is verbally inspired by God and inerrant in the original autographs. It is the only rule of faith and practice.
GOD is eternal and triune: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
JESUS CHRIST is the unique Son of the Father: virgin born, sinless, died an atoning death, physically resurrected, ascended, exalted, presently High Priest, coming again literally and personally to establish the millennial kingdom.
THE HOLY SPIRIT indwells every believer and instructs, corrects, and guides them in the Christian life. He fills and empowers those yielded to Jesus Christ as Lord of their life.
MAN is sinful and eternally lost apart from personal faith in the shed blood of Jesus Christ for salvation.
THE CHURCH is the body of Christ that manifests itself locally through believers united for mutual edification and propagation of the gospel while awaiting God's Son from heaven.
THE RESURRECTION of the body will be physical: the saved unto everlasting fellowship with God and the unsaved unto everlasting punishment and separation from God.

History
Bible Basics was founded in 1973 by Eugene and Monna Dean Priddy, who along with their five children, were overseas missionaries with the world's largest radio mission. Eugene held different positions during their 16 years of service, including European Field Director, and Assistant to the President.
The first few years of the ministry were devoted to seminars, Bible conferences, and other types of Bible teaching ministry. God used these years to lay the groundwork for a support base that would serve as a firm foundation for the missionary work now in place. The years of experience in missionary administration, finance, and overseas service in a worldwide radio outreach was used of the Lord in the development of BBI. Beginning from almost nothing, working out of a basement office, BBI has grown steadily. Now, the mission has a wonderful outreach for the Gospel.
