We enter into one-on-one confidential conversations that not only offer valued professional insights but also provide pathways that spark a work of redemption within their personal lives - and the media they produce.
Champion: We bring the next generation of Christian media influencers insight on the integration of their faith within a career and life in media. It remains a growing focus of Mastermedia to invest into the lives of emerging media makers at the seminal stages of their professional pursuits.
Build Community: We serve the thousands of men and women of faith imbedded in the media industry with encouragement, corporate gatherings and connection opportunities. Through these efforts we are witnessing God grow and commission a vibrant, connected, supported community of faith.
Pray: We mobilize thousands who faithfully pray for media leaders and cultural influencers through our Media Leader Prayer Calendar. Praying for these media professionals is a powerful way to express our love and concern for their souls, and the souls they influence.

History
Dr. Larry Poland founded Mastermedia International in 1985 and faithfully served as CEO for 30 years. He forged an impactful, respected ministry around Mastermedia's core values of being a positive and redemptive influence in the entertainment industry by touching the lives of media gatekeepers and mobilizing a global prayer effort on their behalf.
Since 1985, Mastermedia's ministry has borne immense fruit - earning a reputation with media executives at the highest levels for relevancy, love, empathy, wisdom, integrity, humility, honesty, confidentiality, firm convictions, adherence to scriptures and dependency on prayer.
Larry has also had an illustrious career in higher education, international volunteer service, and in consulting to decision-makers in the entertainment industry. He has been a college president, written seven books, placed volunteers in 35 nations, traveled to 100 countries, and founded two schools and a radio station. Currently, Larry lives with his wife Donna Lynn in the Wheaton area of Illinois.
2016, Mastermedia held a dual celebration honoring Dr. Larry Poland's 30 years of service and the installation of Dan Rupple as the incoming CEO of Mastermedia International. Dan has continued Mastermedia's heritage of building meaningful trust relationships that confidentially serve today's leading media professionals, creating honest dialogues around issues of faith and offering them insights regarding America's vast Christian community.
Mastermedia has also become a leading voice amongst Christian media ministries, gathering Christian media professionals for opportunities of corporate or personal discipleship, encouragement and prayer. Our efforts continue to deepen and broaden in how we reach the multitude of today's media leaders and cultural influencers and how we inspire the emerging Christian media leaders of tomorrow.
