Statement of faith
1. We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God. (2 Timothy 3:16, 2 Samuel 7:28, Psalm 12:6, Psalm 119:42, John 27:17)
2. We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (2 Corinthians 13:14, Matthew 28:19-20)
3. We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory. (1 Corinthians 15:2-4, John 1:1, John 1:15, Romans 9:5, Titus 2:13, 2 Peter 1:1, Colossians 1:19-20, Hebrews 3:17)
4. We believe that the salvation of lost and sinful man regeneration by the by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential. (John 3:5, Hebrews 9:14)
5. We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life. (Galatians 5:22-23, 2 Corinthians 1:21-22, John 16:13-14, Romans 8:29, 1 John 3:2, Romans 8:9)
6. We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation. (John 11:25, Acts 24:15)
7. We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ. (John 17:20-23)
