Statement of faith
We Believe
There is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Jesus Christ in person will return to earth in power and glory.
The Church is the Body of Christ and is composed of all those who through belief in Christ have
been spiritually regenerated by the indwelling Holy Spirit. The mission of the church is worldwide
evangelization on the one hand and the nurture and discipline of Christians on the other.
The Holy Spirit indwells those who have received Christ for the purpose of enabling them to live
righteous and godly lives.
Man was created in the image of God, but as a result of sin is lost and powerless to save himself.
The only hope for man is to believe on Jesus Christ, the virgin-born Son of God, Who died to take
upon Himself the punishment for the sin of mankind, and Who rose from the dead so that by
receiving Him as Savior and Lord, man is redeemed by His blood.

History
Operation Blessing was founded on November 14, 1978. In the four decades since, Operation Blessing supporters like you have reached millions around the world with live-saving and life-changing aid. Operation Blessing's mission is to show God's love by alleviating human suffering with powerful humanitarian aid wherever it's needed most. Truly, Operation Blessing's faithful partners have been an incredible blessing to so many in desperate need around the world.
Over the years, your support has enabled Operation Blessing to respond to major disasters like historic Hurricane Katrina and the Ebola outbreak in Liberia, numerous other hurricanes including Fiona, Ian, and Idalia, the war in Ukraine, and, more recently, Maui wildfires and deadly earthquakes in Turkey and Morocco. Not only that, Operation Blessing's Hunger Strike Force has provided millions of pounds of food for struggling families across the United States.
Program accomplishments
Operation Blessing's accomplishments and programs include the following:
Hunger Relief
In the United States, and around the world, OB partners are helping fill hungry bellies and fight hunger-related health problems through compassionate hunger relief programs in homes, schools, churches, and entire communities.
Clean Water
Water is essential to life and Operation Blessing partners are bringing clean water to the poor and suffering through thoughtful and innovative clean water solutions that have the power to shape a brighter future.
Disaster Relief
From floods and hurricanes here in the U.S., to earthquakes and humanitarian crises around the world, your partnership helps Operation Blessing to be the first on the ground with relief and long-term recovery for those facing devastation and loss.
Medical Care
Through medical and dental brigades, community health volunteer training, ultrasound and women's health programs, and life-changing surgeries, OB partners are helping to heal our world's sick and hurting with kindness and care.
Needs
Children around the world suffer from the effects of poverty. Many don't have access to adequate food, medicine, clothing and school supplies. Your contribution can give boys and girls hope for tomorrow! Thank you for helping Operation Blessing reach out to hurting people all over the world. Your gift will quickly go to work to help break the cycle of suffering and bring lasting hope to many in need. See the ministry's website for more information.
