Purpose

At our core, we are a group of messengers who believe in the transformational power of God's word and His Spirit.

Teach

Messenger International always has been and always will be committed to the teaching of life-transforming truth. We are transformed through the power of God's Word, so it is our aim to further equip individuals, churches, and leaders through God-inspired teaching.

Reach

We have a dedicated global focus to make these messages available to pastors and leaders regardless of location or financial position. We support this work through the translation and distribution of our resources in over 60 languages and through our broadcast The Messenger which reaches into over 200 nations.

Rescue

The Church is His hands and feet to a lost and hurting world. Poverty and the tyranny of human trafficking have imprisoned multiplied millions. Messenger International is committed to rescue, restoration, and empowerment both near and far.

Mission statement

We're on a mission to revolutionize discipleship across the globe.

Statement of faith

We believe that the Bible is God's Word. It is accurate, authoritative, and applicable to our every day lives.

We believe in one eternal God who is the Creator of all things. He exists in three Persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. He is totally loving and completely holy.

We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ, as both God and man, is the only One who can reconcile us to God. He lived a sinless and exemplary life, died on the cross, and conquered the grave to prove His victory and give us life.

We believe that in order to receive forgiveness and new life, we must repent of our sins, believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and submit to His will for our lives.

We believe that in order to live in the fullness of what God intends for us, we need to be baptized in water and filled with the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the One who transforms our lives and empower us with spiritual gifts.

We believe in the power and significance of the Church and the necessity of believers to meet regularly together for fellowship, prayer, and the breaking of bread.

We believe that God has individually equipped us so that we can achieve His purposes for our lives, which is to know Him and make him known in our world of influence.

We believe that God wants to heal and transform us so that we can live healthy and blessed lives in order to help others more effectively.

We believe that our eternal destination of either Heaven or hell is determined by our response to the Lord Jesus Christ.

We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ is coming back again as He promised.

History

Based in the shadow of the Rocky Mountains in Colorado, our location serves as a constant reminder that we are called onward and upward in this great adventure with God.

Our story began back in 1990 with John & Lisa Bevere trekking across the country to preach the Gospel in their Honda Civic.

Since then, we've evolved into a multi-nation, multi-site organization, impacting millions of people worldwide through publishing, traveling and speaking, leadership development initiatives, international broadcast, anti-trafficking/humanitarian work, and MessengerX, our revolutionary discipleship app.

John and Lisa are recognized globally for their boldness and uncompromising approach to Scripture.

Program accomplishments

Messenger International has now given over 41 million resources translated into 111 languages to pastors and leaders in over 226 nations.
