Summary
New Covenant Missions recruits, trains, sends and equips Indigenous church planters to be strategically sent to the most unreached places in Africa. Currently we are working in 28 nations among 277 unreached people groups! We have created a sponsorship program so that individuals and churches in the U.S. can be directly involved with our indigenous teams on the field. Through this sponsorship program, we provide the Church Planter families with the basic costs of living.

Purpose
Our vision is to end the injustice of people dying without having an opportunity to hear about salvation through Jesus Christ. We will do whatever it takes to empower the local indigenous believers in Africa to fulfill the Great Commission in their communities (Matthew 28:19-20). We will be known by our love of God and our love of people. From coast to coast across Africa exists a "line in the sand". Also known as "the tension belt", this "line" is where terrorism, poverty, witchcraft, and corruption are destroying lives every day. This is the "frontline" where New Covenant has been called to spread the love of Jesus.
Mission statement
Our mission, is to strategically equip, train and send indigenous African church planters & missionaries to the most unreached places of their nations with an ambition to create locally sustained, kingdom focused, communities of Jesus followers in all of the nations of the "tension belt" and then into North Africa. We are taking the gospel where it has never been.
Statement of faith
We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the deity and humanity of Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, in His present rule as Head of the Church and in His personal return in power and glory.
We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful men regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost, they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the barrenness of damnation.
We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.

History
New Covenant Missions (formerly New Covenant Foundation) was formed in August 2001 as a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization by a group of Christian men in the Spokane, Washington area in the United States.
The founding principles were driven by the desire of indigenous Africans to evangelize their own people, provide for their own needs, plant locally sustained churches in unreached villages, and see spiritual and physical transformation in their communities.
The work was originally inspired by the indigenous Ethiopian believers and expanded to nearly every corner of Ethiopia within 12 years. Since 2013, the ministry has expanded beyond Ethiopia to work among 277 unreached people groups in 28 nations located within the tension belt of Africa.
All of the work on the ground is led by highly educated & experienced indigenous African leaders!
Program accomplishments
On average 108 people are choosing to follow Jesus every day after a transformative encounter with NCM workers. (Total of salvations and recommitments divided into the year)
