Purpose
We offer resources and teaching that help you learn how to explore and study the Bible on your own and with your neighbor.
Mission statement
The Chara Project's mission is to build confidence in studying the Bible on your own and with your neighbor. We envision a world where people explore the Bible, grow in their Biblical understanding, and help others to do the same, regardless of faith background.
Statement of faith
We believe the Bible is the written and inspired Word of God (2 Timothy 3:16) and it is the authoritative scripture. The Bible is the foundation of our faith in God the Father and His plan for salvation through the redemptive work of His Son, Jesus Christ (Romans 10:17, John 20:31).
We are confident that as we explore God's Word together, His purpose will be accomplished (Isaiah 55:10-11). As we prayerfully read with discerning hearts we will come to recognize the Bible as:
ALIVE. Hebrews 4:12
LIFE-GIVING. Matthew 4:4
TRUSTWORTHY. Psalm 33:4
ACCURATE. Psalm 18:30
HOPEFUL. Romans 15:4
POWERFUL. Romans 1:16

ENOUGH. John 20:31
Joy abounds as we grow in understanding of God's Word (Nehemiah 8:12). We believe the Bible was written for you and invite you to join us and take a fresh look at God's Word.
