The MVC program instills in all students core values that will guide them as disciples of Jesus Christ wherever God calls them to serve.
Mission statement
Mount Vernon Christian School, committed to education based on the infallible Word of God, seeks to serve God by preparing students to respond in loving service to God and their neighbors.
Statement of faith
MVC offers Christian education from a biblical perspective that views the Bible as the infallible word of God and our only rule for faith and practice.
Our biblical perspective is assisted by the confessions of the Reformed church: The Heidelberg Catechism, The Canons of Dort, The Belgic Confession, and the Westminster Confession of Faith
