Statement of faith

God
We believe in one God, Creator and Sustainer of the universe, who is manifested eternally in three persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, who are One in being, essence, and power.

The Lord Jesus Christ
We believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, his virgin birth, his sinless life, his redemptive death, his bodily resurrection, his present exaltation at the Father's right hand, and in the "blessed hope" of his personal return in power and glory.

The Holy Spirit
We believe in the deity of the Holy Spirit, who convinces human beings of their need of salvation through Christ, who dwells in the believers, and who equips and empowers them to live holy lives of service in the discipling of the nations.

The Church
We believe that the Church is comprised of all true believers, is united spiritually and manifested visibly in local congregations, whose mission is the spiritual development of the believers and the proclamation of the Gospel in the world.

The Bible
We believe the Bible to be the divinely inspired and authoritative Word of God, the only infallible rule of faith and practice.

The Human Condition
We believe that every human being has sinned, is guilty before God, and is under eternal condemnation.

Salvation
We believe that God, through the death and resurrection of his Son Jesus Christ, has provided an atonement for sin and that, through repentance and saving faith in Christ, a person may by grace be delivered from the judgement of God, and be born again into life eternal.

Final Destiny
We believe in the resurrection of the body, the everlasting punishment of unbelievers, and the eternal blessedness of believers in the presence of Christ.

History

Program accomplishments

The following include some of AMEA's accomplishments:

The ministry's daily Spanish radio program, A Moment with Alberto Mottesi is heard in 19 countries with more than 1000 daily broadcast. Their Spanish television program, Hope for Living, can be seen on dozens of channels. In 1990, the National Religious Broadcasters granted Alberto Mottesi the Golden Mic Hispanic Ministry Award. This is the highest acknowledgement in this category given by this association and has only been given on two occasions in its 56 year history.

Alberto and Noemi Mottesi write for various Hispanic magazines and have published 13 books in Spanish. One of their books, America 500 Years After awakened the interest not only of the religious but also of the secular world and has been adopted as a required textbook in the educational system of several countries.

Several of the ministry's crusades are recognized among the largest in the history of the Hispanic world.
