Summary
A3 nurtures intentional learning communities to build and sustain Christ's leaders around the world. We are a leader development group that accelerates the capacity of leaders. We equip and unify leaders through a deep learning community, so they experience change from the inside out and hopefully make a significant Kingdom impact. It all starts with selecting key servant leaders.
A3 intentionally focuses on a small number of proven leaders with potential. We create cohorts of 12-15 leaders who meet quarterly over a 2-year period. Our process is centered around the belief that a Spirit-led community can change the culture of an entire nation toward Christ's purposes. We give leaders a structure to connect and sustain each other, accelerate their own ministries, and expand the love of Jesus throughout their communities.

Purpose
Vision: A vibrant community accelerating Christ-centered movements around the world.
The divine engine that powers A3 is community. As leaders break down barriers, grow to know, trust, and love one another, and together learn how to develop themselves and their ministries, everything accelerates. Leaders thrive, families bond, faith communities flourish, and Christ-centered movements of all shapes and sizes birth, grow, and multiply into every sphere of society.
Mission statement
We equip and unify visionary Christ-centered leaders to influence Spirit-led change.
Our God is a creative God. His Spirit inspires leaders to explore new ways for the Kingdom of God to be known and experienced here on earth. A3 invests deeply into the leaders God has entrusted to us-challenging them to deepen in character and equipping them for greater effectiveness, matched with a vision for a unified Body of Christ-to enable them to become the agents of divine influence God has called them to be.
Statement of faith
We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, and in His personal return in power and glory.
We believe that for the salvation of the lost and sinful people regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life, and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ, who comprise the church which is His body.
A3 affirms the Lausanne Covenant.
